WHO IS BRAVOHYLTON?
BravoHylton was created by a mother and son, who after years of individual success in property investment, decided to partner with other investors with any level of experience in order to help them take an immediate step ahead in the world of property investment.
We partner with individual investors who want to become a part of a team where each person has an equal say in the partnership, while earning a percentage of dividends based on their stake. BravoHylton handles the administrative and logistical hassles of property investment while you sit back and benefit from an additional source of income. Dividends are paid out to all partners on a fixed schedule, and after the maturity period; we decide together to hold or collectively sell the property and reap the capital gains.
BravoHylton is a team of dedicated individuals who want to help others enjoy all the benefits of property investment, without any of the stress.
Jennifer Hylton
Founder & CEOBorn and raised in London, England Jennifer attended Kingsway Princeton. She then moved to the United States in 1994 and began working at Pioneer Electronics where she was quickly promoted to Corporate Sales Manager. Later, relocating to the East Coast, she joined DMX Music where she started and implemented a whole new area era of programing and music content. Her successes and rise gave her the confidence to eventually start her own companies, Top Insurance Contracts, Brookside Edu, Inc. and more recently, BravoHylton. She has invested in successful properties in both the USA and Europe.
Jerrell Bravo
Founder & COOBorn in the UK and formally educated in Finance & Investments in the USA, Jerrell has created, built, and managed several businesses across Europe and Asia. While his businesses have helped medium to large corporations manage their human capital needs, he has used much of the proceeds to build a personal portfolio of rental properties in the countries and cities he knows best from his time living in them.
