We invest in real estate that benefits the average resident in targeted locations. These target areas have a high demand for single-person and small family households.
A minimum investment of $100,000 will make you an equal partner in one of these projects. Each partner gets an equal 20% stake (known as a “lot”) in the property purchased. Investors with smaller amounts are welcome to participate in the BravoHylton investor pool.
BravoHylton handles the entire cycle of the process--from sourcing, identifying, and negotiating profitable purchases all the way through to property management, rent collection, dividend distribution, and expense management.
At the end of your first investment’s maturity period (average 5 years) all partners of a project will vote to keep or sell that investment for profit based on past income, current price, and predicted performance. Individually you can also choose to continue your investment or sell you shares.
We keep all partners up-to-date on new developments and how their particular project is performing through our quarterly investor reports. These reports also provide a wider prospective of other BH investments, keeping you well-informed on your investment and allowing you to identify additional opportunities.
